The location was great and the service was excellent.

No complimentary breakfast.

The hotel was clean, the service was great and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The lobby.

The bathroom was disgusting! Had mildew on the tiles around the bathroom and cracks on the ceiling. The whole place looked run down.

The hotel is hard to find, not directly in the city center. Rather it is on the outskirts of the city passed Hay Market Station. Had I not been to Edinburgh before, I would not have been able to find it. The staff was very unfriendly, and unhelpful. The rooms were rundown and the bathroom was disgusting- with mold and mildew to boot! The whole experience was incredibly disappointing and the Hotel gave Hilton a bad name. ...read more

The location of the hotel.

Just as we were finishing with the Check-in process, we were offered special rates on Breakfast (as our reservation did not include BF). We ended up taking up the offer, which were quite a good deal. The room, it was great! The room was comfortable and roomy. Specially when we just came from London. Over all cleanliness of the room was good. no parking and the cops wait for people checking in.

Good location, but the hotel has NO parking at all. No Air Conditioning, Very old hotel. Not your normal Hilton Hotel.

The most amazing staff I've ever met.

The walk to the center of town was about 20 minutes.

We accidentally shattered a bottle of our own wine all over their nice white bed and the carpet, but they came prepared with first aid and new sheets for us and our room was back to normal within 20 minutes. Furthermore, the staff treated us with amazing kindness and patience throughout our entire stay and I cannot say enough about them. ...read more

Location, it had a small kitchen, sofa.

Bath grout needed attention.

This is a great hotel to stay at in Glasgow. Close to shopping and restaurants and central station. We liked the kitchenette and made breakfast in the am. Would stay here again.
